These terms govern your use of LiveQA. By creating or joining a session, you agree to them.
Using LiveQA
- You must be able to form a binding agreement to host a session.
- Don’t use the service to break the law, harass others, post hateful or infringing content, spam, or disrupt the service.
- Don’t attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or access controls.
Hosts & content
Hosts are responsible for their sessions and for moderating the content participants submit. You retain ownership of content you post; you grant us the rights needed to display and operate the service. We may remove content or sessions that violate these terms.
Plans
Education access is offered free to verified students, educators, and administrators, subject to eligibility checks. We may adjust plan limits and features over time.
Availability & warranty
LiveQA is provided “as is” during beta, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiveQA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
